Funny, yes, but much in the same way the Borat movie pokes fun at stupid people by out-stupiding them, so too has Marko satirically shown the NZA how assiten its implementation of the new (radioactive) ball, against the best wishes of the lowly cogs in the machinery, really is.

Ben Wallace did a similar thing with his headband. So did Shaq with his knee. All were hilarious, if you know the time.
